Haircare and skincare products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. Haircare and skincare products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt will be refunded to your initial form of payment with a credit. Some restrictions may apply.
SERVICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with any service please notify us within 7 days of the service and we will schedule another consultation and appointment to correct your service with the original service provider. We do not provide refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice of most services. A deposit is collected prior to microblading, and hair extensions. Cancellations of these services require a 48 hour notice or you will lose your deposit. These services take more time than most salon services and if you don’t show up then the salon and our service providers lose income.
CELL PHONE POLICY
Cell phones are permitted to have at your salon appointment. Please be courteous to others by not using speaker phones and keeping the cell phone ringer volume low.
ACT offers our 24-hour helpline, 3 safe shelters, children's program, counseling, (both individual and group), economic empowerment program which includes financial and health literacy, Injunction for Protection legal service, life skills education, job skills evaluation and training along with GED assistance and ESOL. In the non-residential outreach program, we provide long-term counseling, therapy and support, economic empowerment services, a rape crisis center where we do the forensic examinations, advocacy department that provides advocacy through the judicial system, and a legal program for Injunctions for Protection.
Oma’s Heart was created to offer parents the ability to provide Christmas gifts for their children with the help of volunteers who provide cost-free merchandise.

OMG I love Kiersten! I have lots of hair and it was driving me crazy! No movement and it was getting unhealthy and I was about to cut it all off. She did a moisturizing treatment, highlights and cut lots of layers. My hair now has movement and it lays so beautifully and has some curl to it. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better appt and results. She knew what she was doing and she took the time to do it right. So glad a took a chance on Cre8.
Faith did a fantastic job! Super sweet, and she skillfully navigated a razor cut to release my curls! I have fine wavy hair that gets too weighed down without full layers and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention she gives a decdant head massage and I can actually afford to maintain my hair with her instead of the every 6 months schedule. I will absolutely be back!
If you've never been you would be amazed how big it is inside and beautiful. Gabriel did my eyebrows very professional and suggested to have them tinted. Maybe next time.

Adrian is a very professional and good beutician. He really knows how to keep his clients happy and satisfied. I’ve been looking for a new stylist for quite some time. Just driving by I decided to try this place out. As a walk in I was so pleasantly greeted and to my surprise, I think I have found my new stylist. AJ did my hair. The cut was so well done and he was a delight. I am so pleased and will come back to AJ.

I had a wonderful experience at Cre8 salon and spa. I had a gift certificate from Spa Finder and had no trouble using it on my pedicure. The receptionist was friendly and I didn't have long to wait for Luz, who did my feet. She was very easy to talk to and had a very light touch. I enjoyed the massage chair and my feet looked and felt brand new.

I have been going to this salon for a few years and I absolutely love it. My stylist, Jen, is the hair whisperer! I have recommended her to all my friends and my coworkers and they love her too!! (Although I probably love her MORE 🙂) I've always had hair issues. I suffer from trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder) and I am 95% gray at the age of 40. When I started going to Jen my hair transformed. And now I LOOK and feel decades younger! She even helped me hide my "thin/bald" patches where I really picked. Jen taught me to fall in love with my hair again. I get so many compliments on my hair and I always think, if you only knew the struggle! I go about every 5 weeks and I get my roots 'touched up'. I have long dark to medium brown hair and ALL my roots are light gray . Recently she added carmel highlights and I absolutely LOVE them! She knows exactly how to cut and shape my hair that compliments me. That is why I call her the hair whisperer. I will never go to another!!

The best salon on the Cape and has really grown into something that more closely resembles a day spa. Offers a full facial menu (including hydro and peels) and can schedule fillers, Botox, etc.

Absolutely loved my experience at cr8 salon! I was referred by a family member to get my hair done by Tori and it was worth it. Came in with an overdue root touch up and brassy hair, Tori worked her magic and got my hair done the way I wanted it. I would love to come back and have her do fashion colors in my hair but she’s all booked up for the next month! If you’re looking for a hair stylist who’s willing to educate you on your hair, I would recommend going to Tori.
