We understand that life gets busy and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all services. If you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment three times with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a 50% deposit prior to booking or will refer you to online booking. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or the deposit is forfeited.
