A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but there is no charge for holding a reservation. By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Guests who miss two or more appointments may be asked to provide a 50% deposit when booking. By entering your card, you authorize Cre8 Salon & Spa to securely store and charge it as needed. Your information is always kept confidential and processed securely.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life gets busy and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all services. If you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment two times with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a 50% deposit prior to booking or will refer you to online booking. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or the deposit is forfeited.
