CREDIT CARD RETAINMENT POLICY
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. All online bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling, which will be applied toward your service total. By booking, you agree to Cre8 Salon & Spa's 24-hour cancellation policy. By entering your card information, you authorize Cre8 Salon & Spa to securely store and charge it in accordance with this policy. All payment information is processed securely and kept confidential.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life gets busy and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all services. If you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment two or more times with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a 50% deposit prior to booking via gift card or will refer you to online booking. You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance or the deposit is forfeited.
Gift cards may be used to secure a future appointment as a deposit. When used in this manner, the gift card amount becomes a non-refundable reservation retainer and is subject to Cre8 Salon’s cancellation and no-show policy of 24 hours' notice. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. If the appointment is rescheduled within the required notice period, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment date.
