PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Haircare and skincare products carry a 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee. Unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with receipt for another product of the same value or receive a credit to your salon account.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with product quality or packaging, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

SERVICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of the service and we will schedule another consultation and appointment to correct your service with the original service provider. We do not provide refunds.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice on all services. A deposit is collected on hair extensions and certain color appointments. Cancellations of these services require a 24-hour notice or you will forfeit your deposit. These services require more time than most salon services and a no-call, no-show or last-minute rescheduling means our service providers lose income and opportunities to accommodate other guests.
We understand that life gets busy, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment two or more times with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a 50% deposit prior to booking or refer you to online booking. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or the deposit is forfeited.
Gift cards may be used to secure a future appointment as a deposit. When used in this manner, the gift card amount becomes a non-refundable reservation retainer and is subject to Cre8 Salon’s cancellation and no-show policy of 24 hours' notice. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. If the appointment is rescheduled within the required notice period, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment date.
ONLINE BOOKING
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. All online bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling, which will be applied toward your service total. By booking, you agree to Cre8 Salon & Spa's 24-hour cancellation policy. By entering your card information, you authorize Cre8 Salon & Spa to securely store and charge it in accordance with this policy. All payment information is processed securely and kept confidential.
CELL PHONE POLICY
Cell phone use is permitted, however, we ask that you please be courteous to others.
GIFT CARD POLICY
For your convenience, please be aware that all gift card purchases are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
We are no longer taking SpaWeek or SpaFinder gift cards. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
