Our salon policies allow us to maintain a safe, organized and fair environment. This not only benefits our wonderful guests, but also our talented hair stylists and service providers.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Haircare and skincare products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. Haircare and skincare products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt for another product of the same value or a credit to your salon account.

SERVICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of the service and we will schedule another consultation and appointment to correct your service with the original service provider. We do not provide refunds.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice on all services. A deposit is collected on hair extensions and certain color appointments. Cancellations of these services require a 24-hour notice or you will forfeit your deposit. These services require more time than most salon services and a no-call, no-show or last-minute rescheduling means our service providers lose income and opportunities to accommodate other guests.
We understand that life gets busy, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment three times with less than 24 hours notice, we will require a 50% deposit prior to booking or refer you to online booking. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or the deposit is forfeited.
ONLINE BOOKING
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but there is no charge for holding a reservation. By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Guests who miss two or more appointments may be asked to provide a 50% deposit when booking. By entering your card, you authorize Cre8 Salon & Spa to securely store and charge it as needed. Your information is always kept confidential and processed securely.
CELL PHONE POLICY
Cell phone use is permitted, however, we ask that you please be courteous to others.
GIFT CARD POLICY
For your convenience, please be aware that all gift card purchases are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
