Heather joined the Cre8 family in 2013 as a Guest Service Specialist. Being in a salon setting was completely out of her element but that is exactly what she was looking for. Heather wanted a way to expand her skills in customer service, management, and in the retail industry and this opportunity not only allowed her to shine at the front desk, but also gave her the chance to grow within the company from the Front Desk Lead to Office Management and now as their Salon Manager. While Heather is now more behind the scenes at Cre8 Salon and Spa, her heart lies at the Front Desk, and she enjoys the moments where she can engage with the guests or help the front desk team refine their customer service skills. “Being able to support and encourage the salon and our employees grow in this industry is what continues to fuel my desire to continuously enhance my management responsibilities. My love for helping others, problem solving, and education has allowed me to feel right at home with Cre8 Salon and Spa.” She hopes to continue growing with the salon and wants to one day become a Summit Salon Educator.

When Heather is not hard at work at the salon, you can find her curled up on the couch watching movies with her family, creating a messy masterpiece with her paints, or having coffee with her friends.
